The Regina Police Service asked people in the 1000 block of Retallack Street to take shelter Friday night.
Police, along with Special Weapons and Tactics, Canine, Gang Unit, Street Crimes Unit and Community Services Division, were investigating drug activity in the area.
Three homes were searched using high-risk warrants. SWAT members used loud noises and explosions during the searches.
People living in the area were told about the noise and asked to take shelter.
Police only said that they made a number of arrests. The investigation is still ongoing at this time. No other details are being released at this time.
