SUNSCREEN: We are told we need to prevent skin cancer but what do we really know about sunscreen? In the States, the FDA has given manufacturers an extension to change their packaging. Labels saying "waterproof," "sweatproof" and "sunblock" have to be nixed by mid-December because doctors have declared the labels misleading -- all sunscreen wears off and none of it completely blocks harmful rays. CJME's Samantha looks into what this means for your summer.
BEAR BAITING: It all started with a tweet. Vancouver Canucks forward David Booth posted “In Alberta trying to kill a few bruins.” He then posted a link to a video of a bear he killed on May 12th. A bear he killed by baiting it with a rotting stew of oatmeal, molasses and beaver offal. Is this hunting or inhumane?
A screengrab from a YouTube video shows Vancouver Canucks winger David Booth (right) with a bear he killed with a crossbow in Alberta:

FACEBOOK IPO: Some investors are cautioning against buying Facebook stocks once the company goes public tomorrow. We talk about the warning signs with John Shmuel, investing reporter with the Financial Post.
KIDS BREAKFAST: Whether you grab a quick piece of toast on the way out the door, or a breakfast burrito at the drive thru, we always try to make sure the kids have a good breakfast to get them ready for the day. A study, called “definitive, and ground breaking” shows that kids who eat a good breakfast perform better at school. What's in your kids' stomachs when they walk out the door in the morning?
ATHLETES BEHAVING BADLY: Brett Lawrie of the Toronto Blue Jays will get a four-game suspension after throwing his batting helmet. Was he wrong in his outburst? We have a conversation about that and look at other athletes behaving badly with Sportsnet.ca columnist and senior writer Michael Grange.
MAY LONG WEEKEND: Alcohol bans go hand-in-hand with camping at Saskatchewan parks on the May Long weekend. It hasn't also been this way. The May Two-Four is a Canadian tradition but do you still celebrate it in a campsite without your beer in hand? We speak to Loreen Friske with Visitor Experiences with the Saskatchewan government. She gives us an update on the new reserve-a-site and the alcohol ban this weekend.
