A community bike ride hosted, nationally, by the Canadian Mental Health Association, with the goal to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support mental health programs. CMHA rides will be hosted all across Canada. All money raised will stay right here in Regina!
There are 3 courses to choose from to ride and 1 course to walk. 100k, 30k, 5k Family Fun Ride, and a 5k Walk. All rides will begin and end at The Global Transportation Hub. Following the Ride there will be a BBQ, prizes, and presentations (including a draw for 2 bikes donated by Dutch Cycle).

All riders are required to wear a CSA approved helmet.
Please keep a safe distance; minimum two bike lengths. Avoid riding in packs or pelotons.

This community event accommodates riders of all ages and abilities with three different rides and a walk.

Guests of participants are encouraged to cheer on the riders and walkers at the start/finish area and enjoy the music and activities that will be there!
Package pickup days will be held at Dutch Cycle in advance of the event where we ask that all participants submit their pledge money and pickup their packages that will include their shirts, incentive prizes, and bib numbers. Date to be announced closer to event day. There will be no on-site registration.
