Flooding and forest fires have caused some minor delays in compiling forms, but the 2011 census is already being considered a success.

Marc Hamel, Canada's Census Manager, said there is still time to complete your census form.

“We will accept forms for the rest of the month of August.”

It is a mandatory process with fines for those who don't participate.

This year over 40 per cent have been completed online.
