Body found in river belongs to a 50-year-old man
Police say a body found in the South Saskatchewan River is that of a 50-year-old realtor from Edmonton.
Sergeant Warren Grasham says police have ruled out foul play, but aren't saying how he wound up in the river.
“The subject was reported missing to the Edmonton police service on the 14th of November. How is body came to be in the river is unknown to me,” said Grasham.
The man was discovered by a couple out walking their dog on Saturday.
