Friends of the alleged city hall streaker say the court system is failing him.
Because of scheduling issues with the in-house doctor at the Regina Correctional Centre, a psychiatric assessment of the man has been postponed until next week.
Bob Hughes worked with the accused at the Saskatchewan Coalition Against Racism. He says he's known to have mental issues and is now suffering without proper treatment.
Police arrested and charged Brendan Cross back on the first of March. He remains at the Regina Correctional Centre.
