High-risk sex offender moves to Regina neighbourhood

Police advise against unreasonable conduct

Regina police have sent out a warning to the public about a sexual offender with high risk to reoffend is now living in Regina.

William "Bill" Tedjuk is 45-years-old, of aboriginal descent and described as standing five-foot-five and weighing about 139 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Tedjuk has tattoos, including a heart with wings on his right hand, a ribboned heart with a dove on his chest, a ribboned heart with a dagger on his upper left arm, and a ribboned cross with flowers on his right upper arm. He also has scars on his right and left forearms.

Tedjuk is bound by conditions keeping him away from places with children, to live in a facility with a curfew, and stay away from drugs and alcohol.

He's living in the Heritage neighbourhood in a house providing supervision.
