From August 25 to 29, Tallica Robson will join the crew reporting for duty aboard Expedition 49, thanks to her love of space. Tallica and her mom, Jodi, join Evan to talk about this summer mission for this out-of-this-world 10-year-old.
11:30 – A Saskatchewan Indigenous youth leader is being featured in a new documentary series episode. Warrior Up! is showcasing the work and commitment of youth Indigenous leaders. Hailey Rose, who is a youth chief with the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations, is one such leader being featured. She joins Evan to discuss the work she does and her experience as part of the series.
12:00 – The Paris 2024 Olympic althletes are being decided and named, and some Saskatchewan names are deservedly making the list. Paige Crozon, a Saskatchewan basketball player, is among those selected for the Canadian National women’s 3×3 basketball team. She joins Evan to talk about the upcoming games.
