Saskatoon police responded to their second call this week of someone jumping into the river off a city bridge.
Officers were sent to the Broadway Bridge around 2:15 p.m. Thursday following a report of a woman in the water.
In a media release, police reported that two members of the public were able to help the woman out of the river by the time officers got there. Paramedics and firefighters also came to the scene to treat the woman
The incident came almost exactly 24 hours after another woman was rescued after jumping off the Sid Buckwold Bridge on Wednesday afternoon.
