There’s another million-dollar winner in Saskatchewan.
Regina’s Mae Mock won the $1 million prize on the July 29 Lotto 6/49 draw.
She bought the winning $10 ticket at a kiosk in the Southland Mall on the day of the draw.
Mock was shocked to learn she had won and says she hasn’t made any plans for the money and that she’ll save it for now.
“You never really think you’re going to win big,” she said in a release, “I have time to think about it.”
Mock is the seventh lottery millionaire in the province this year. She’s the first one to win in Regina.
In 2016, eight people won lottery prizes of $1 million which included two people in Regina.
