A 74-year-old man from Gravelbourg is facing first-degree murder charges in connection with the disappearance of a 48-year-old man from Kincaid.
Claude Landry was last seen on July 12 in Gravelbourg and was reported missing the next day.
RCMP said at the time they considered his disappearance to be suspicious.
On Saturday, RCMP officers arrested Robert Arams, 74, in Gravelbourg and charged him with first-degree murder and causing indignity to a body.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing and are asking anyone with information to contact Gravelbourg RCMP at 306-648-4320 or report anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
