Regina’s Hotel Saskatchewan is being sold once again.
InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust announced on Monday afternoon that it had bought the iconic Regina hotel in a $37-million deal.
Hotel Saskatchewan had been bought by Temple Hotels in February 2014. However, a release from InnVest indicates its purchasing the hotel from Marriott Hotels.
According to the release, Marriot’s purchase was set to be completed in late 2015. InnVest’s acquisition is expected to close in September.
