A 31-year-old man is facing charges after police say he was spotted masturbating in Wascana Park.
The Regina Police Service received a call at 8:22 a.m. Tuesday reporting the man committing the act. Witnesses told police the man left the area on a bike, heading towards Broad Street.
Police tracked the man down.
Trevor Robert Kalbfleisch is charged with committing an indecent act. He was released from custody and told he should stay away from Wascana Centre.
He’ll make his first court appearance next month.
