Man performs indecent act in Moose Jaw library

On Sunday afternoon a man was seen “performing an indecent act” while at the public library in Moose Jaw.

He is described as a 20-25 year-old-Caucasian man, 5 foot 8 inches and of an average build. He has dark, brown hair and dark, thin rimmed glasses. The man was wearing a black t-shirt with a Nintendo graphic on the front, black plaid shorts and black shoes.
