The gun wasn’t real, but the charges are after an incident with an air pistol in Moose Jaw.
Charges were laid against Devon Angus after police say he pointed a gun at another man around 9:30 p.m. Monday. The gun later turned out to be air pistole replica of a .45 calibre Smith & Wesson military police handgun.
No one was hurt.
Angus was charged with pointing a firearm, and assault with a weapon. He’ll be in court on these charges at the end of October.
