The University of Saskatchewan Huskies football team finally got their first win of the Canada West football season Friday night.
They beat the University of Regina Rams 33-18.
Huskies receiver Mitch Hillis had a big game with nine catches for 135 yards and two touchdowns. The running game also had a big night rushing for a combined 230 yards with 124 of those courtesy of Tyler Chow.
Quarterback Drew Burko was solid going 19-for-30 with 243 yards and three touchdowns.
With the win the Huskies move to 1-2 while the Rams fall to 0-3.
The Huskies are in Vancouver next Friday night to take on the UBC Thunderbirds.
