A Saskatoon man has been sentenced to six years in prison in connection to the murder of Benjamin Green.
Shaun Aubichon, 31, pleaded guilty to unlawful confinement in Saskatoon Court of Queen’s Bench this week. It’s after Green, 38, was found dead inside a home on Avenue K North in the Hudson Bay Park neighbourhood on June 26, 2014.
Aubichon received credit for one year spent on remand. The details of his involvement are banned from publication to ensure the man accused of killing Green has the right to a fair trial.
Anthony Quattrocchi is charged with first-degree murder and offering and indignity to human remains.
