A Yorkton man has been arrested in connection with an assault in the early morning hours of Sept. 24.
Kim Madsen, 30, is accused of assaulting a 41-year-old man at a business in the 0-100 block of Betts Avenue in Yorkton
The victim was taken to hospital in Yorkton then transported to hospital in Regina with what are being called serious injuries.
Madsen in charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm. He will appear in Yorkton Provincial Court on Oct. 26.
