Three young man are facing a number of drug charges after a high risk traffic stop in Saskatoon.
It all started on Tuesday afternoon shortly after 12:00pm when Saskatoon police pulled over a car in a parking lot near 8th Street East and Louise Avenue. Search warrants were then executed on residences in the 2300 block of 7th Street East and 100 block of Willis Crescent. An additional search warrant was executed at a storage locker in the 3000 block of 11th Street West.
As a result, police seized a total of 77 grams of crack cocaine, 59.2 grams of powder cocaine, 45.8 grams of methamphetamine, 22.2 grams of marihuana, 158.8 grams of buff powder and over $30,000 in cash.
The three men arrested….ages 18, 19 and 24 made their first court appearance Wednesday.
