RCMP divers have recovered the body of a 23-year-old man and the ATV he was driving from a dugout near Congress in southwest Saskatchewan.
The young man was riding the vehicle with a 26-year-old man who was able to escape the side-by-side ATV as it went into the water Sunday night.
They were out riding around 11 p.m. when they went into the water.
Divers located the man’s body and the vehicle, and brought both out of the water by 2 p.m. Monday.
RCMP are investigating, along with the chief coroner.
