A video recently posted by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways gives people an idea of what the new Regina Bypass will look like.
The video is an animated flyover the design of the east portion of the bypass, though it isn’t the final design.
Survey work on the project began this summer to the east of Regina. The total investment for the bypass now sits at $1.88 billion over the life of the project, including the design, construction, finance, operations, and maintenance. The federal government will invest up to $200 million into the project through PPP Canada.
You can see updates on the construction through a Twitter account set up for the project.
