Two adults and one teenager are being charged after yet another incident involving fake guns in Regina.
According to police, an officer was approached by two people around 1:15 p.m. on Saturday at Saskatchewan Drive and Broad Street. They said a gun had been pointed at them at a home just up the block.
Police set up a perimeter and got the four people inside the house to come out without incident. After getting a search warrant a little while later, police said they found several imitation firearms inside the home.
Justin Anderson, 18, is being charged with two counts of pointing a firearm, and one count of possession of a weapon.
Nathan Craig Huxted, 23, is charged with possession of a weapon.
And a 16-year-old man, who can’t be identified as per The Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with two counts of uttering threats, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon, failure to comply with disposition, and breaching a community order.
