Minion decoration stolen, displays vandalized at Humboldt Festival of Lights

Humboldt RCMP need the public’s help to track down the Grinches who vandalized decorations and stole an inflatable Minion from the local Festival of Lights.

Some time between Dec. 4 and 6, someone or a group of people went to the Humboldt Campground, vandalized a display, disconnected lights and pilfered an eight foot tall inflatable Minion decoration.
