RCMP have laid charges in connection to drug trafficking in the town of Sintaluta.
On Friday evening, RCMP and the Saskatchewan Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit executed a warrant at a home in Sintaluta. Police seized cannabis resin, dried cannabis and cash.
Two men from Sintaluta – a 55-year-old and a 54-year-old – have been charged with trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
Both men make their first court appearance in Fort Qu’Appelle on Monday.
