An investigation has begun after a man’s body was found on the shoreline of Katepwa Lake Tuesday night.
Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP were called at 8 p.m. about a 31-year-old man who hadn’t been heard from since the night before.
By the time officers arrived in the village of Katepwa, family had found the man’s body on the shoreline near his home. RCMP say a snowmobile was found nearby on its side.
Mounties say the family has requested the man’s name not be released. They’re continuing to investigate along with the coroner’s office.
