Robert Hawkins was arrested and remanded into custody on Thursday. He has been charged with luring a child under 16 via telecommunications and invitation for sexual touching.
Hawkins was arrested with the assistance of both the Prince Albert and Saskatoon ICE Unit and Saskatoon RCMP Provincial GIS Unit.
He made his first appearance in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Friday.
