An apparent threat at a Saskatoon elementary school was actually just four kids discussing the tragedy in La Loche.
Police were called to Westmount School, located on Avenue J North, around 1:30 p.m. Monday after a student overheard a conversation that they perceived as threatening.
Four youth were detained, according to a news release. Following an interview, officers determined there was no risk to public safety because the students had been talking about the school shooting in La Loche.
