'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
A semi driver has been charged with impaired driving following a single-vehicle accident.
It happened two kilometres east of Gull Lake on Highway 1 Wednesday.
RCMP said the semi truck hauling two trailers of drywall went off the road and flipped over in between the eastbound and westbound lanes.
There were no injuries. The 47-year-old driver was the only one in the vehicle at the time.
Traffic in the eastbound lanes was restricted to one lane for about an hour.
The driver from Calgary is facing a couple impaired driving charges. He makes his first court appearance on March 7 in Swift Current.
