A man and a woman from Regina are facing charges – accused of stealing from parked cars in Regina’s south end.
According to police, they got a call around 3:45 a.m. on Monday morning, from a resident on Argyle Street, near the Golden Mile Shopping Centre. The person said they saw two people get into their neighbour’s vehicle.
When officers got to the area, they found and arrested two people. Police say they found several items on the pair that had been stolen from nearby vehicles, as well as a weapon.
Brandon Pelletier, 19, is charged with four counts of theft under $5,000, four charges of possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.00, two charges of possession a of weapon for a dangerous purpose, two charges of carry concealed weapon, possession of a prohibited firearm, and breach of probation.
