A sports star-studded speaker list will grace Prairieland Park for the University of Saskatchewan Huskies Football Foundation Dogs’ Breakfast.
TSN broadcaster Glen Suitor will host the 16th annual fundraiser which has become Canada’s largest sports breakfast and generates annually more than $100,000 annually for football scholarships to the university. More than $1.4 million has been raised since 2001.
Special guest and former Saskatchewan quarterback Kerry Joseph will also speak at the May 5 breakfast.
Guest speakers include TSN CFL host Rod Smith, analysts Jock Climie and Duane Forde and newly appointed Roughriders head coach Chris Jones.
The event starts at 7:30 a.m. and tickets can be purchased at the Huskies Football Foundation website.
