A section of Highway 10 was blocked off north of Balgonie overnight after a fatal collision late Wednesday.
RCMP say the collision happened around 11 p.m. A semi and a pickup truck collided about 13 kilometres north of Balgonie. The 45-year-old person driving the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the truck was taken to hospital in Regina by STARS air ambulance.
The man driving the semi was treated at the scene.
Traffic was expected to be reopened by 9 a.m. Thursday. The semi had been hauling fertilizer and some had spilled into the ditch.
