The $1.33M rent reduction comes from what the club owed during seasons impacted by the pandemic.
The Sask. Party’s strong support continues ahead of the April 4 election, according to the latest poll from Mainstreet Research.
A survey done on 1,423 people on Tuesday found 47 per cent of people would vote for the Saskatchewan Party, down from 49 per cent the week before. The Saskatchewan NDP, meanwhile, saw 33 per cent support, up from 28 per cent the week before.
The president of Mainstreet Research says most of the NDP’s gains are coming from Regina.
“The NDP and Saskatchewan Party are now tied at 39 per cent (in Regina),” Quito Maggi said in a release. “In late February we saw the race tighten considerably in Saskatoon only to see the NDP’s support slip in the weeks that follow, so we will keep an eye on Regina in the weeks to come to see.”
The margin of error for the survey is reported as +/- 2.6 per cent, 19 times out of 20. Regional margins of error: Regina: +/-4.37 per cent; Saskatoon: +/-4.56 per cent; rest of Saskatchewan: +/-4.56 per cent; 19 times out of 20.
