Regina police and the Office of the Chief Coroner have launched a death investigation after a man turned up dead in the city’s Normanview neighbourhood in the northwest Thursday.
At around 11:45 a.m., a caller in the 300 block of McIntosh Street reported a man laying outside on the ground not moving. The man was dead when officers arrived.
Police are working to figure out who he is and then alert his family. There are no details about his age or the circumstances surrounding his death.
Police officers left the scene shortly after 3 p.m. after speaking to people in the neighbourhood.
