'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
Weapons and drug charges have been laid following a raid by the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS).
The SPS guns and gang unit, along with officers from the tactical support unit and the patrol division executed a search warrant at a home on the 500 block of Avenue F South on Thursday evening.
Police reported that they found methamphetamine and cannabis in the home. They said they also recovered three firearms: a handgun, a rifle and a sawed-off shotgun.
Also found were three paintball guns and a pellet gun which police said were made to look like real firearms.
Four men were charged, ranging in age from 18 to 30.
Police said they anticipate laying more charges.
