A 17-year-old faces gun and graffiti charges after Regina police executed a search warrant Saturday night.
The search was done on the 2200 block of McDonald Street around 7:30 p.m. A release from the Regina Police Service says three firearms and ammunition were recovered.
Two people were charged after the search.
Christina Genaille, 42, faces three charges of careless use of a firearms, three charges of unauthorized possession of a firearm and two charges of possession of a firearm obtained by crime.
A 17-year-old faces the same charges as Genaille, as well as 19 charges of mischief under $5,000 related to graffiti tags throughout the city – mostly in the Al Ritchie area.
Both Genaille and the teen make their first court appearances Tuesday.
