A Saskatoon man who police say is a full-patch Hells Angels member will stand trial in connection to the Project Forseti drug busts.
In Saskatoon Provincial Court on Tuesday, both the Crown and defence consented to committing Rob David Allen, 35, to trial without holding a preliminary hearing.
Allen was charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine as part of the province-wide raids in January 2015. During his court appearance Tuesday, Allen heard new charges laid against him: possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of oxycodone and possession of hydromorphone.
The charges stem from Jan. 14, 2015, the same day the Project Forseti arrests took place.
Trial dates for Allen have yet to be scheduled.
