A Regina man has been sentenced just three weeks after he robbed a bank in the Cathedral neighbourhood.
Christopher Millman, 35, will spend six-and-a-half years in jail. He pleaded guilty to robbery, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, and breaching probation Thursday.
On March 11, Millman entered the Scotiabank on 13th Avenue and demanded money. He had an air pistol with him, but he pretended it was actual gun. Millman left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.
Regina police took Millman into custody on March 17.
He made one court appearance before pleading guilty Thursday.
