Saskatoon man charged with luring, sexually assaulting teen girl in Regina

David Xiang, 38, is facing charges for luring and sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Regina.

Regina police officers went to a motel room at 1900 Rupert Street at 4 a.m. on Friday to respond to a call about a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing in the city.

They found the 15-year-old girl with a 38-year-old man.  

Further investigation led to the arrest of Xiang, who is now facing charges for sexual assault of a person under 16, sexual interference and luring a person under 16.

He does not have a court date set at this time.
