Gianina Burnard, 27, has been given a suspended sentence and eight months probation.

A physical confrontation ensued resulting in a peace officer being assaulted. The officer was taken to hospital with injuries not considered serious.
Burnard recently pleaded guilty to assaulting a peace officer.
