A Regina man who was facing charges in an armed robbery in the Queen City is facing new charges.
Evan James Blight, 26, had been charged after the RBC on Rochdale Boulevard was robbed at gunpoint in November 2015.
On Monday, the RCMP charged Blight in connection to a robbery at the Kelliher Credit Union on Oct. 1, 2015.
A man wearing a disguise had walked into the Credit Union with a gun and demanded cash. He ran away on foot after getting some.
As a precaution, the school in the town was put under a hold and secure mode following the robbery.
Blight was already in custody when the Mounties laid the latest charges. They include robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent, four counts of pointing a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
