No charges have been laid after a cyclist was hit by a vehicle on Saturday night.
According to police, it happened around 8:50 p.m. at McCarthy Boulevard and Dalgliesh Drive. The driver started north on McCarthy when the traffic light turned green, but the cyclist tried to head east across traffic and was hit by the vehicle. Police said independent witnesses were interviewed.
The cyclist was taken to hospital as a precaution, but was only treated for minor injuries.
Police said no charges have been laid on either the driver of the vehicle or the cyclist.
