The Regina Police Service says the break and enter was in progress on the 2300 block of Quebec Street when officers arrived Sunday at 11:53 p.m. Canine unit officers tracked down the two men.
Alvin Klancy Kakakaway, 19, and 18-year-old Justice Delrae Maxie are both charged with break and enter.
