Power outage in downtown Saskatoon

Crews are working to repair electrical equipment affecting downtown Saskatoon.

Around noon, a power outage was reported in the city’s central business district.

CKOM received reports Midtown Plaza is currently impacted.

The city said  the outage was caused by equipment failure.

There’s no estimated time for power restoration yet; the city’s next update will be at 12:30 p.m.
