Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
One woman is in cuffs, and another is on the loose, after an assault in North Battleford was caught on tape and made the rounds on social media.
In the video, a woman is punched, kneed, and kicked in the head and face. RCMP said the attack happened at a home in North Battleford early on Saturday, and appeared to be unprovoked.
Police said they found and talked to the victim, who had minor injuries.
The 24-year-old woman who allegedly filmed the attack has been arrested and charged with assault. The second woman in the video has been identified as Danielle Wuttanee,19, and charged with assault – she’s still at large, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
