Saskatoon police are investigating after a man allegedly approached a young boy Monday evening.
Officials said around 8:30 p.m., a 10-year-old boy was walking through a park in the 1000 block of Northumberland Avenue.
It was then he was approached by a man who tried to grab his arm.
The boy was able to break away and run home.
Police describe the man as being between 30 and 40 years old, white, around five feet eight inches to five feet eleven inches tall.
The suspect is said to have a slim build and “veiny” arms.
He is bald, has no facial hair and is reported to have an Eastern European accent.
Police said he was last seen wearing a light grey with blue, pink and white striped muscle shirt.
