Regina police have charged four boys in connection with several recent shootings in the Queen City.
The Regina Police Service says they have responded to 17 gun-related calls since June 18. The four teens are facing charges in connection to some of those incidents.
The boys face a total of 58 charges. Two of the accused are 15 years old, one is a 14-year-old from Regina, and one is a 13-year-old from Fort Qu’Appelle.
Police say a sawed-off .22-calibre gun and a loaded zip-gun were seized during the investigation.
The teens can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
