The Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) is putting out a smartphone app.
The SPS is working along with CrimeStoppers to release the app, with help from American-based developer Mobile PD.

The program will also include interactive crime mapping, push alerts for emergencies, news releases and missing persons photos.
The app is free on the iOS Apple Store and the Google Play Marketplace.
