Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
Regina police say two girls reported missing over the weekend have now been found.
Taylor Meechance, 11, and Katishia Pinette, 12, were both reported missing after last being seen around 9 p.m. Saturday.
By late Sunday night, they had been located.
