Police are keeping secret the tactics they used to catch a Regina man who is now charged with child luring.
Lyndon Adrian Chamberlin, 27, was arrested by members of the Regina Police Service Vice Unit downtown on Wednesday last week. Police allege Chamberlin was using a computer to send sexual messages to a person under the age of 16 over a two-month period.
Police said they will not be releasing the tactics of the investigation unless it comes out in court. They will only say that they were able to make a positive identification of the suspect in the case.
The Regina Police Service is using the opportunity to remind parents to keep an eye on their children’s internet use.
