A young Regina boy is recovering in hospital after being shot Thursday.
Police were called to the 1200 block of Garnet Street at 3 a.m. where they found the 12-year-old. The boy was taken to hospital with injuries considered non-life-threatening.
Officers responded to a report that three boys were seen fleeing the area, one on a bicycle and two on foot. They arrested two boys, a 14-year-old and 12-year-old, in connection with the shooting. A third suspect is being looked for, as well as the gun.
